Terms & Conditions

  • One night stays, we require full payment on booking(no show,no refund)
  • We do not take pets or children.
  • 50% deposit to be paid when booking.
  • If 21 days notice is given for cancellation, a full refund is given. (Cancellation fee of $50 will apply.)
  • Under 21 days notice of cancellation, no refund will be given.
  • Dates may be transferred only if 10 days notice is given.( fee of $50 will apply)
  • We accept all major credit cards except Amex.
  • When arriving on site we will need identification (drivers licence)also credit card details for security & incidentals.
  • Early check in is by appointment only.
  • Late check out can be arranged if available at an additional cost.
  • All rates are inclusive of GST and are set when booked.
  • Any recreational activities or exploring, you do so at your own risk.
  • NO SMOKING IN CABINS, only permitted on deck.
  • To avoid any financial loss to unforeseen circumstances, please consider taking out Travel Insurance.
