- Sorry, we are children and pet-free! We are an adults’ retreat.
- A 50% deposit will need to be paid when booking. On arrival we require identification (drivers License), a credit card .
- A pre-authorised on your credit card will be required upon check of $300 for security & incidentals. If you do not own a credit card a cash bond will need to be paid on arrival instead.
- If you wish to cancel your booking, over 21 days before your stay, a full refund will be given.
- If you cancel under 21 days no refund can be given but you can transfer your dates at this point, up until 10 days before your stay. A charge of $50 applies for transfers
- Cancellation up to 10 days before your stay, no show, cancellation on day of arrival, will incur the full amount of your stay, via credit card.
- We accept all major credit card (except Amex), Bank transfer or cash. We allow 3 working days if paying by Bank Transfer for the funds to show on our account, to secure your booking. We will require from everyone a credit card for pre- authorisation on check in.
- All one-night stays require full payment on booking (no show no refund)
- Please check with us prior if you would like early check-in, to save disappointment. Late check out is an additional charge & is under the managements discretion.
- All rates are inclusive of GST and are set when booked
- Any recreational activities or exploring on the land, you do at your own risk.
- No smoking inside please, only permitted on decks.
- As you can understand, any damage or incidentals will be taken directly from your pre authorised credit card.
